Spring Trend: Culottes
A trend that is pretty popular for this spring is culottes. Before this year I didn’t even know what culottes were but they’ve been around for a while and were popular in the 1960s! The best way to describe them is to say that they are elongated shorts that flow like a skirt; they’re really comfortable too!
