I really LOVE matching tops and bottoms; whether it be shorts, a skirt, or pants. I bought this set from Forever21 last year and just recently wore it; I’m bad about that! I really love the structure of this skirt and the top is ideal because it has built-in padding. I kept this look pretty simple only wearing some flower stud earrings for jewelry. This outfit is great for summer and warm weather. This look says flirty, retro, and fun!
